Cancellation and Refund Eligibility:

Contestants may request cancellation and refund if they wish to cancel participation in any of our services. Please note the following refund eligibility criteria (however) :

Withdrawal and Refund Policy

You may opt out of or withdraw from Programs subscribed by you and seek a refund for the fees already paid in relation thereto, provided the Customer informs us in writing regarding the same and seeks the refund of fees paid prior to the expiry of the Refund Window (as detailed in the table below). The Refund Window is calculated from the date of the first class/session of the relevant Program subscribed by the Customer. We shall not entertain any requests related to refund of fees after the expiry of the Refund Window. Your access to Growskill IT resources will cease upon your withdrawal from the course, notwithstanding anything contained herein.
To request for refund, you are required to send an email to operations@growskillit.com with Subject line : Requesting Refund / Cancellation of enrollment within the Refund Window.
IT MUST BE NOTED, THAT NOTWITHSTANDING THE MODE OF PAYMENT USED FOR PAYING THE FEES, THE REFUND SHALL ALWAYS BE MADE TO A BANK ACCOUNT (AS PER THE DETAILS PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER) THROUGH NEFT/IMPS/RTGS OR SUCH OTHER FACILITY AS DEEMED FIT BY SkillFlex. WE MAY REQUEST FOR INFORMATION/DOCUMENTS (WHICH MAY INCLUDE A CANCELLED CHEQUE PERTAINING TO THE BANK ACCOUNT OF THE CUSTOMER) TO VERIFY YOUR CREDENTIALS AND DETAILS OF THE BANK ACCOUNT BEFORE INITIATING THE REFUND. WE SHALL STRIVE TO PROCESS THE REFUNDS WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS OF RECEIPT OF ALL THE RELEVANT INFORMATION AND DOCUMENTATION FROM YOU IN THIS REGARD. We do not provide refunds for the lack of usage, dissatisfaction with the Program or for any reason whatsoever after the expiry of the Refund Window.

Program : Refund Window

You will not be entitled to a return of any Platform fees paid by you if you withdraw from the Program outside the Refund Window. In case the fees are paid by a third party or through financing, you are responsible for continuing payments even after withdrawal. Growskill IT holds no obligation to waive such payments.

Termination

Growskill IT reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access without notice if you breach the Terms of Service, provide unverifiable information, or engage in illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activity. Upon termination, all account data may be deleted and re-registration will not be permitted.

Registration and Account Integrity

During registration, you must provide accurate personal information and maintain account security. You must not use misleading, vulgar, trademarked, or third-party information. You are solely responsible for all activities under your account and must notifyGrowskill IT of any unauthorized use.

Use of Your Information and User Data

All user data shared must be owned or authorized by you. Growskill IT will process information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable laws. Data availability is subject to third-party infrastructure limitations.

Third Party Links and Services

Growskill IT may share necessary user data with trusted third-party service providers. The platform may include third-party links, for which Growskill ITbears no responsibility.

Rules and Acceptable Usage Policy

You agree not to misuse the platform, share content, credentials, or engage in unethical practices. Any activity that disrupts platform integrity may result in suspension or termination.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by Indian law, with exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, India.

Payments

Full payment is required at the time of enrollment.Growskill IT does not store sensitive payment data and uses third-party payment gateways. Taxes, fees, and exchange rates apply as per billing information.

Policy for NDNC

By registering, you authorize Growskill IT to contact you via phone, email, or SMS for service-related communication and promotions, irrespective of DND registration, for up to 365 days.
